"We had an Easter break in this charming rustic stone building with open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen areas on the ground floor and a spacious bedroom (up 3 steps). The apartment is attractive and well equipped. There's a very comfortable 6' bed, lots of storage, dvd player, a large shower cubicle and wc. The property is set within beautiful tropical gardens with several secluded areas for dining or sun bathing by the clean pool. Nice touches were fresh flowers, towelling robes, a drinks...

"Uns empfing ein super herzlicher Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps um den Aufenthalt noch schöner zu gestalten. Das wunderbare, gemütliche Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen und liegt inmitten einer tolle Umgebung. Von hier lässt sich die gesamte Insel erkunden. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch dringend von Nöten. Orangen direkt vorm Haus und Hühner die frische Eier liefern gleich nebenan, was braucht man mehr. Rundum einfach zum Wohlfühlen."

"This is a very spacious and well-kept garden with lots of interesting plants. The outdoor kitchen is well equiped and has a breathtaking view over the valley. From the terrace outside of the kitchen you can view as far as Las Palmas and the sea. The property is located on a ridge with very nice views in all directions. La Peña is definitively located in the most beautiful part of Gran Canaria. Pepa and José (the owners) are very friendly and responsive."

"The house is quirky but lovely and the hot tub an added bonus. The views to the mountains across the valley are stunning. It was a 15 minute walk into Teror which is a very nice mountain town. Manuel was a fantastic host who met up to guide us to the house (essential!), was available to answer any questions by WhatsApp and went above and beyond to locate and book a reservation in a bar in Las Palmas so we could watch the World Cup football on the way from the airport!"
