Our time in this hotel was excellent. It is a stone's throw away from the beach and close to a range of restaurants, shops and bars / clubs. The dinners at the hotel were especially impressive. Elements of the menu changed every day and always left us with pleasant surprises and new delicious food to taste.

The hotel was beautiful located with a view to the sea. The breakfast selection was good. We also really enjoyed the Neo. Bar. However, we needs more soap at our room which we never got. At the breakfast the staff was very stressed and seems sloppy in topping up different stuff. It more seemed as 3 star than a four star hotel. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay.

The staff were always friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone had a smile on their face. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back there again. The location is also brilliant.

A mixed bag. Location is excellent close to beach and great walks along promenade. Hotel is a little dated but overall okay. Buffet is generally good, however, coffee not great and please use real orange juice rather than concentrate. Plastic plants in the lobby don’t fit with hotels desire to be eco-friendly. Overall a good stay. Although, they don’t take Amex.

Very friendly, dedicated and professional hotel staff. The food was excellent, they offered a variety of different dishes. There are also vegan options like soy milk for your Cappuccino. Every evening live singers play in the nice hotel bar. We enjoyed that a lot! The location is really good - the beach is just across the streets. I can only recommend the hotel.

It is a great choice to experience the unique feature of the island, the sand dune along the coast. It is literally right out there for you to explore, so much fun.... The view from the balcony, the largest and best balcony I have seen, is exciting overlooking the ocean, the sand dune, the people, and stars in the sky at night... Lovely hotel with great amenities. The only complaint is that it was very difficult to regulate the water temp in our room. It went back and forth between warm and scalding hot without any warning and it was difficult to get cold water.

This place is like a fairytale! Everything is perfect and out of this world. The service is more than professional. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is 10 seconds away from the best beach in the island, and literally in the most beautiful region. Special thanks to Paola and Sabrina who made our stay very pleasant and never hesitated to provide all the professional help needed.
