"Our 4th visit. We enjoy the cleaniliness and easy access to restaurabts, bars, the beach. Its in a great location. Lovely pool area. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Always a pleasure for us , we have no complaints. Pool still cold tho, not convinced it's heated, it was even colder last month. Hot tubs are great tho. "

"Half board food had plenty to choose from, but nothing was more than expected. Salad selection super fresh. Beds really comfortable, and location near the Yumbo was super convenient. As a solo traveller I found this was perfect for me, during bear carnival week. The hotel is beyond inclusive and I felt very welcomed and at home here. Its true that some of the hotel needs some TLC, cosmetic touches and structural repairs but nothing major. Also surprisingly quiet considering its location to nearby nightlife and restauarnts etc. This has been my 2nd visit and im sure ill be back."

"Supposedly a 4 star hotel but disappointing considering the price. They have the gall to charge €3/day to use the in-room safe - I've never seen this in any other hotel in the world; the 'housekeeping' is rudimentary - they will only make the bed, replace towels and empty bins; lots of choices in the breakfast buffet but it isn't great quality - their 'bacon' is some processed and reformed pig by-product. I'm sure there are better value options in Maspalomas."

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out. The bars are very fairly priced, with great drinks. Housekeeping quick and great attention to detail. Little details like the access to shower room after you've checked out are so helpful! We don't want to leave! "

"Small pool for size of hotel. Cleaning poor in communial areas (e.g. Stair wells) Staines in bathroom and no spa facilities Food very standard and not varied each day (pork every day!!) Good location for dunes and city centre Everything charged in addition e.g. room safe! "

"A high standard of standardness. The rooms are modest, but everything was in perfect condition. The meals range from okay to supetb, fepending on wwhat you coose. Staff are excellent."
