"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Maspalomas. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the beautiful Maspalomas Dunes. From our room we had a gorgeous view overlooking the pool, the green palm trees, the sweeping sand dunes and the sea in the distance. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. "Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend."

"For a 3 star hotel, they should have gotten my 5 star review! But the end at 4, simply because the apartments need some renovation soon. Don’t get me wrong, the place is more than worth it. Its cosy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food at the hotel is ok. Outside areas are pretty and well maintained. Pool is clean and maintained. Everyone is smiling and in a great mood. Placed really good. Lots of parking if you have a rental car with you. Apartment are great size. Would I go...
