"This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Regency for a business trip. This time around we booked it last minute as our original hotel in Coleshill was awful and we had enjoyed our previous stay here. There is plenty of parking on site, they've added more electric car ports since the last time, even though we don't have one it's good to see. The staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds, fresh towels and decent sized TV. The attached bar and restaraunt is fantastic, a little pricey but expected from a hotel bar and restaraunt. The food however is amazing so it definitely felt worth the price again with friendly staff."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the receptionist I had ADHD and struggles with information all at once and she still continued being really fast. So I panicked quite a bit about where to go and what to do. It would be nice to have someone actually show me what to do rather than tell me. "

"Clean hotel with welcoming staff; my 8yo son was especially chatty wiht them and they gave him some chocolates. Our room was spacious and clean and inlcuded a new 65inch TV. Breakfast had a great selcetion of continental and cooked items. Again the staff were very friendly and brought out some waffles and pancakes with maple syrup for our son. THey came over to us multiple time to talk with him and chekc how our breakfast was."

"Easy to locate as it's right by Birmingham airport which also links to the NEC via Airlink. I stayed for 6 nights and it was cheap and cheerful and fit for its intended purpose - the staff were lovely and very helpful when I had an issue with my card key (mobile phones can de-magnetise the card and stop it from working) Despite being near the airport I had no issue with outside noise which is fantastic as I am a very light sleeper I would definitely stay there again"
