"We were pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely stay. Good nights sleep, quiet and safe. It does need updating but it was clean and comfortable. Shame pool and gym is only open in the morning. We couldn't go after checkinh in. 20 min walk to town. Not so bad for the price. "

"We like the area where the Adelphi is which is Grove Road near the park over the road and shops and restaurants also dog friendly and our little dog💕 loved it so a big thank you to the owner and staff . Will definitely be returning in the future."

"Awful. Never got in! On a busy street above takeaway shops, no parking. Got instructions to check in, paid an extra £150 on top of price as security deposit. Front door code didn’t work. No-one ever answered the buzzer or phone. Shop next door said it happens every day! Waited 30 minutes and eventually gave up. Was asked to download ann app to get in - after we’d given up and driven away. Horrendous experience. "

"Took a bit of a circuitous route to get there from the NEC. The premise appeared to be an extension to a house which may have been split in to flats with a corridor to other door. However the premises were clean and had decent facilities When I arrived there were no towels but after contacting the agents someone turned up 20 minutes later with the aforementioned towels. The central heating want on but another radiator did the job. Overall decent value for money. Parking was a bit tight but...

"I’m not sure how this man even has the audacity to put this place on Expedia. The toilet and kitchen were filthy, to the point where I went out and bought cleaning stuff with my own money to clean the bathroom. I was concerned that showering in there would leave me more dirty than I went in. The info also says “entire apartment” it was not an apparent, it was a house with multiple rooms and we had one of them. There was certainly at least 3 other people on it at the same time as us. "The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight.
