"No notice of the closure of the ramp off the interstate. When calling for directions the staff member had no idea how to direct us and left us hanging on the phone. Luckily we eventually figured out how to get to the hotel. It was 15 minutes later and the staff never came back on the phone, even to find out if we were ok or to say she was trying to get directions. Staff should have a better working knowledge of the area, street names etc…"

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"Right off the freeway so of course it’s not as quiet as one may hope but I’ve slept just fine each time I’ve stayed here. Parking can be a big tight for pickup trucks but other than that it’s pretty great. "

"We stay here often when we fly out of Sky Harbor…convenient airport shuttle and we can park our car there while we’re gone"

"Overall, this was a nice hotel. Our room was on the street so it was a little noisy for sleeping."

"There is nothing around this hotel - shops, restaurants. It is in a business area. Airport shuttle stops at 9pm and doesn’t start till 7am. Be aware for any early or late flights. "
