"Alondra, certainly went the extra mile in helping my friend and I when we arrived. She could tell we were tired and assisted us, made us feel special 😊 The hotel itself is very dirty. I would not recommend. The shower/tub was filthy and had to stand in ankle deep water when showering. I wore socks because I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the floor and I was right. They were black-very black on the bottom when I took them off. Door jams were splintered and all around nasty stay. Very disappointing 😥"
