The neighborhood is well maintained by gardeners and contains beautiful foliage and mature trees including Banana, Mango, and even star fruit. There are many excellent restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and recreational options.

Potrero is a sleepy low-stress community surrounded by many wonderful beaches and only a short 30 minute drive to the beautiful, bustling beach town of Tamarindo.
