"My daughter and I enjoyed every bit of our stay customer service was excellent. The downstairs restaurant amazing . Anything I asked for that completely recognized. This hotel was clean and welcoming every day we were there 4/17 late check in and check out was fast and no problem. They even help with bags to the uber and everything worked out good for our stay. "The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going to one of the stadiums. "

"Element was a pleasant surprise!! Very spacious clean rooms and the hotel was easy to access! Parking is costly but we budgeted for it, so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was a hit and quite cozy. This will be my go to spot for future ATL endeavors!!"

"The host Lawrence was great! He gave us great suggestions on where eat and places to check out. The hotel was nice and clean. The Breakfast was pretty good. Overall our stay was great! We will be back."
