"Absolutely loved this hotel! It was perfect for my boyfriend and I for a romantic trip"

"Perfect rooms and area. Specially I got crazy about the wooden rooms and chimney. Just the restaurant staff were not that welcoming!"

"Helpful staff and good breakfast."

"Perfect for us - great breakfast, staff & location! Very clean!"

"We were upgraded by a lovely young lady with red hair because we happened yo tell her it was my birthday/retirement gift from my husband! W I also got a complimentary piece of cheesecake and 2 complimentary drinks from the bar and a shuttle bus ticket good for our 3 days there! What a fabulous surprise! The pool and hot tub were over the top and really enjoyed the heated seats around the fire pit! We would recommend The Moxy to everyone! Really enjoyed the 60s ski resort decor vibe too!"

"Great staff, great room, this is our third time staying here when visiting Banff."

"The Douglas Fir is a wonderful place for a reasonably priced gate away in Banff. It's a bit older, but is very charming. The kitchens could be stocked a little better with cooking essentials. Really love the wood burning fireplace in the room."

"Great stay as always here, staff was accomodating and friendly. Great location and rooms in great shape."

"It's the sweet spot time of year for a stay in Banff. Check in was very smooth at The Canoe and The Dorothy was very quiet mid-week. Loved the room layout, walk in shower, crazy leafy floor, super comfortable bed and loved the nostalgic motel vibe. Room was also toasty and warm. Parking was conveniently right outside the door. Didn't take advantage of the hot tub at The Canoe but would certainly stay again and take more advantage of the amenities."

"Staffs are very helpful, nice and kind."

"Enjoyed the stay in Banff, hotel was very convenient to Banff Ave for shopping and access to great restaurants."
