"Value for money stay"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The service was excellent overall. We were welcomed on arrival and given a tour. The bellmen were attentive and kind. The front desk from the overnight staff to the general manager were all helpful and accomodating. The bar restaurant had great food and drinks as did the main. We stayed over-water and the bungalows were immaculately kept and really stunning. If I had anything to improve upon it would be the poolside/beach service. It was confusing how to get drink...

"Our cruise dropped 1200 people into Papeete so the hotel was inundated with guests trying to check in all at once at 9am. The staff were patient and kind and did a great job to accommodate everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked. The showers were hot. The towels were first class. Most important for us was the amazing snorkeling right off the edge of the property and the amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Moorea. We saw sharks, turtles and rays along the beautiful coral reef...
