"The property was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area with beautiful gardens. The house was equipped with the basics plus a few extras, like a furnished patio with grill, large screen tv (larger than I am used to), access to a local beach that seems to be popular for fishing, and close proximity to the tourist attractions in Newport. The host was very communicative and responded to questions promptly. My dogs enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and seeing the wild turkeys on their daily stroll. If you want to walk your dog at night, best to bring a flashlight as there are no street lights nearby. All in all, my family had a wonderful stay at the cottage and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with pets."

"Our group of women has been vacationing together annually for almost forty years. Newport was our destination this year and we stayed in this beautiful home. The house is spacious, gorgeous and well equipped. It’s the perfect location for exploring Newport. The outdoor area is another great space to hang out. Our host Jodi responded immediately to any questions we had and went well beyond what was expected to accommodate our large group. I highly recommend staying at this property if you are visiting the Newport area as well as any other properties that Jodi manages as I’m sure she provides the same level of service for all of her guests."

"Great cozy cottage just a few minutes from Newport and great beaches. Lori was very responsive and a perfect host. We enjoyed how quiet the property was especially at night. Air conditioners kept the cottage comfortable and the front porch was a great spot for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. We will be returning to Lori’s property in the future!!"
