It is very vibrant, bustling in the lobby, great for older kids (air hockey), grabbing a late bite in the lobby reataurant, etc. I just needed a bed and got it and a shower, a bite, and it was wonderful! "Very good hotel and location to Heathrow. Room was of a very high standard. Two restaurants to choose from in the evening and an excellent breakfast with many options. If they call you a taxi be careful. Taxi that came for me did not take me the most direct route to Terminal 4 and cost me likely double what it should have been!"
