"Lovely property in good location. Large room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast fresh every morning. Our only complaint was the noise. Do not accept room 11 if you are a light sleeper. It is above the kitchen so noisy in the morning. It is also above a motorcycle repair shop which was open until midnight most nights, and there was a lot of traffic noise. We asked to be moved as we were there 8 nights but hotel would not accommodate, even though new people were coming every few days."

"Riad Andalla Spa is such a warm, lovely, and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We booked round-trip airport transfers, as well as dinner on the rooftop for our first night and another evening during our stay. The entire team was brilliant from beginning to end: attentive, friendly, thorough, thoughtful, and sincere. We felt a sense of joy every time we saw them, whether they were at the front desk or serving us at breakfast and dinner. The dinners were generous, and the breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We highly recommend Riad Andalla Spa to anyone visiting Marrakesh! Tip for future guests: There is another property with a similar name nearby - Riad Andalla (without the "Spa"). If you are taking a taxi, be sure to double-check and show the driver the exact name and address to ensure you get to the right place."

"Went with my sister and I for birthday trip. The staff was very helpful, friendly and made us feel safe. The Riad is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is so delicious."

"This is a well run hostel. The common areas are well maintained and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is well worth it; lots of options and a fair price, especially if you book ahead. The location in the medina is good. I could get to the main square to meet for tours within a 10-15 minute walk. It maybe be worth booking a pick-up if you have rolling luggage as taxis cannot drive right to the hostel and it's a very bumpy walk with a suitcase. I ordered a pick-up when I left and a guy came with a cart to move my luggage until we got to the taxi, which was much easier. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm which was cleaned well everyday."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for 2 nights and my expectations were far exceeded. The property was super clean and smelled amazing. We loved our room - it was very comfortable and clean and the detailed architecture inside is gorgeous. The service is what was most impressive however. Upon arriving at about 9am, they were able to hold our bags for us while we went out and explored Marrakech until our room was ready. They greeted us with tea and cookies and went over a map of the city to give us detailed instructions on how to find places on our bucket list. They also helped set us up with their taxi service to get us to and from some activities, booked our hammam/massage treatment with them (incredible of course!), and helped us find and book an AMAZING 3-day trip to the Sahara. Overall was very impressed and would stay here again for sure!"

"Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Great breakfast and a beautifully maintained rooftop. It’s a little farther from city square but the journey to and from is a wonderful experience. Community surrounding was welcoming and kind to foreigners."
