"Well if you are looking for an authentic Marrakesh experience then look no further! This Riad is at the end of a maze of busy streets and I was relieved that someone from the place had come to meet us from their transport. We were very happy to have the courtesy transport which was a perk from Expedia, they kindly picked us up from the station and then returned us to the airport the next day. However, they did try to charge us, despite me having mentioned the deal on several occasions. They made no fuss though when I showed my Expedia receipt. Having spent a night in a different Riad last week this Riad was quite different it was very friendly and clean but it was really tucked away and difficult to find. It was quite lavish in many ways and not really for me, but it felt very authentic! Staff seemed very shy but loveky. The upstairs terrace was a really beautiful place to sit in the evening . Breakfast was the standard omelette and pancakes beautifully presented! "

"Absolute horrible riad !!!! Please avoid at all cost. Had flooding in our room the first 3 nights couldn’t sleep since we couldn’t turn on the AC. Only tried to compensate us with a 30 min massage which was also terrible. Wifi in the riad was horrible so we needed to end up buying more data to use internet. Rooms were super outdated and dark. Found the staff to be quite racist , as we were one of the very few brown people at the riad + my wife is a hijabi . They kept asking us for our room number during breakfast while others infront of us would just walk right past. Absolute horrible experience at palais moulay said try to avoid at all cost . The waiters at the restaurants aren’t also trained well and are quiet rude "

"Friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with luggage to and from your transport service (car service). Car cannot drive to fromt door but if you call the riad they will help tell driver where to go and meet you to help with luggage to riad. Very safe while close to the outdoor market. And great spa services!"

"Our stay at this riad in Marrakech was truly wonderful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of many of the famous sights and attractions in the medina. It made exploring Marrakech incredibly convenient while still feeling like a peaceful escape. The riad itself has a very calm and relaxing ambiance. After a day of walking through the busy streets, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind. The architecture and design are beautiful and full of character, with thoughtful details that really highlight the charm of traditional Moroccan style. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating, and they made sure that all of our requests were taken care of. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re visiting Marrakech—great location, beautiful design, and exceptional service.
