"Reservation was canceled between Expedia and Hotel. No communication until I arrived after long travel… Hotel staff said it was canceled. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never use Expedia nor Hotel ever again "

"It was fine but all guests will smell smoke from a designated smoking area close to the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast only had cereal, donuts and muffins and beagles, coffee and juice, no eggs or bacon"

"Not the greatest. I checked in late and u needed to call someone to come to front desk. When I got to my room the TV from the next room was blaring loudly, so I called the front desk to get a whiter room. I was told “Sorry honey we’re all filled up there’s going to be some noise. There are no room amenities not even a coffee maker. No breakfast, no housekeeping. Only two small pillows on bed. The next night was better, but “you get what you pay for”"

"This should maybe be a 1.5 star hotel if that. The rooms had chipped and peeling paint, windows that could open (dangerous for 4th floor with no screen), wood to hold up the sink, sink that drains slowly and tub that fills when showering. One room had a fire, so the halls still smell like smoke. The pool had a strange film over it along with mold on the walls in the pool area, so we chose not to chance it. The breakfast could hardly be called that. They offered dry donut holes, bagels and cereal. No protein or fruit of any kind. There’s also notes on the doors that for your safety to bolt the door. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Definitely not a Baymont quality that I’ve stayed in before."

"We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."

"Very nice and clean hotel. Very well priced for the area. And breakfast was nice with alot to choose from."

"The room definitely needed some fixes but nothing we couldn’t live with for a couple of days. The biggest concern as far as the room went was the toilet was not securely bolted to the floor so as soon as you started to sit it would wobble. The pool was a bit dirty and way over chlorinated but the kids enjoyed it anyway, their eyes just hurt pretty bad by the end of the day. The hot tub was broke… it was hot… but when you tried to turn on the jets one sprayed all over the others did not work. But the room was overall clean and it looked like they had a decent breakfast bar- we did not eat off it as we brought our own food. And staff was kind and accommodating, as much as they could. I would go recommend if you’re looking for a low budget hotel."
