Small bathroom for a suite, no amenities. No extras , not even a pen/paper, Kleenex or maybe a sink at the coffee bar, small fridge. Maybe kinda picking but for over $700 for three nights. Think because free booze and snacks at night satisfies most people."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel twice while visiting our son at Calvin University, and both experiences were excellent. Nicolas Geanta, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated every request with kindness and professionalism. Meredith at the front desk was also incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were always spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and we really appreciated having a kitchen for longer stays. The breakfast was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, grill area, and the social dinners during the week. The entire staff made us feel at home, and we will absolutely stay here again whenever we visit Grand Rapids."

"The bathrooms were not clean. I had to get supplies from the front desk and clean them myself. I was offered a modest discount for the trouble. Phone did not work in one room and the tv did not work in the other. Overall I give it a 3. Because the price was right. Location was excellent. I would stay again if I had to."

"Check in person wasn’t friendly. Didn’t explain times of breakfast. All other workers were great!!! Very clean. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice pool!"
