This complex is made of a 3 bedroom main house, its own private pool and outdoor kitchen for all you cooking enthusiasts and a fully enclosed backyard to provide maximal privacy and security.

The home is a brand new build in a new developmental area. It is modern and bright with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay!

The main door to the property has a lock box with a key so guests can arrive at their leisure and complete a self check-in.

Once inside, the open living space will be to your left and down the right corridor will be the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with the king bed and 65-inch large-screen TV is at the very end. It is an ensuite with its own bathroom and shower and walk-in closet. It also has patio doors, allowing for easy access to the patio and pool area. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own 55-inch TV and closet. While the third bedroom in the main house has a queen bed, closet and 55-inch TV. All TV's are smart with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube.

The open living/kitchen area also allows for indoor/outdoor living! The living area is furnished with an oversized couches and a 65” flat screen smart TV, perfect for hanging out with the whole group. The kitchen is modern with a centre island which will allow for additional seating space.

The floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow for ample light and access to the patio, which provides additional seating and dining space and of course the refreshing L-shaped swimming pool with loungers pool side.


When booking, you are reserving the 3 bedroom home, private access to the backyard and the private pool, which makes this property the perfect place for your next vacation.

You will have access to the entire house and back yard. There is a guest house on the property but will be locked and no one staying there.

We live in a quite trusted neighborhood, with fulltime security. At the end of the street there is a grocery / liquor store called Siempre Fresco with everything you would need. We are 1.7 miles from the beach of Tamarindo.

We offer great services to get around the area. We can also arrange a shuttle service from the airport if needed.

For local pickups at the house you may use our trusted Taxi service. His name is Wilber and we can supply you with his phone number.

We have rental golf carts / side by sides available as well if needed. Please inquire with us.

Please note that the house is in a new development with ongoing construction. Indoors with all windows and doors closed, the work is muted; however, it will be noticeable outside during working hours.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
