Your own private pool - who could ask for more?
Surrounded by the property's 10 foot high walls and lush tropical gardens, the Villa's oversized pool (the largest in the Villas Cerca del Mar development) features glass tiling inspired by the Pacific, an ornate wall mounted fountain and shaded deck with plenty of seating for both lounging and al fresco dining. The best feature is that the pool is yours exclusively - swim at your own discretion.

Our newly installed fountain patio is the perfect place to stretch, do yoga, meditate or simply read a book.

Keep it clean.
Each of our 3 guest rooms comes with its own private bathroom. The master bathroom on the first floor features a walk in shower and double vanity, and we recently completed a renovation to create a second master bathroom on the second floor. All are spacious, well lit and airy. A newly installed on-demand hot water system ensures a hot shower is just moments away.

When the day is done...
A good night's sleep isn't far away. Turn off the air conditioning, open the screened windows and let the tropical breezes and ocean surf lull you to sleep. Soft bed linens, fluffy pillows and blankets create the perfect ambiance for a wonderful rest. Awake refreshed and rejuvenated - ready for another day in paradise. Each bedroom comes with its own en suite bathroom including an open-air shower and adjacent tropical garden.

Master Bedroom #1 (first floor) features a queen size bed crafted of the finest locally sourced hardwoods and comfortable euro-pillow top mattress. Floor to ceiling glass panels separate the bedroom from a completely private rear terrace surrounded by lush gardens, bubbling fountain and comfortable lounge chairs.

Master Bedroom #2 (second floor, front) looks out over the Villa's pool and offers guests a four poster queen size bed featuring a euro pillow top mattress, fluffy pillows and soft blanket. Guests can enjoy the handcrafted stone balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. In the morning it's a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of Costa Rica's finest coffee or in the afternoon the best spot to take in the spectacular sunsets over the Pacific. The newly created Master Bathroom features an oversized rainshower with an open air skylight and a double vanity.

Guest bedroom #1 (second floor, rear) offers the option of either one king size bed or two twin beds and the same premium bedding and linens as the other guest rooms.

Living and dining - perfect together!
Upon first entering Enchanted Villa guests are welcomed into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Floor to ceiling windows surround the space on either side, allowing for plenty of air and light into the space. This floor plan is ideal for sharing great conversation, board games or watching television.

In the living room comfortable upholstered seating, complements all the comforts of home including a flat screen plasma television and a Sonus Wifi speaker system to enjoy your favorite music. Adjacent to the living room the dining area features a round teak dining table handcrafted from local hardwoods. The built in table leaf enables six guests to sit comfortably around the table.

The heart of the house...
Enchanted Villa offers a modern gourmet kitchen fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances. A double filtered water dispenser on the refrigerator door ensures safe drinking water for all guests. The teak island, with butcher block top, is a great spot for friends and family to gather to prepare a meal together.

The inside out.
Just off the kitchen/living/dining area is the outdoor grill area, featuring a chef's gas grill and seating for 4, all surrounded by lush flowers and plants and a ceiling fan.

Conveniently located a little ways down the hall guests will find the half-bath. Across from the half bath guests can enjoy our newly installed fountain patio, the perfect place to stretch, do yoga, meditate or simply enjoy a good book.
