"The hotel is very nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update. The mattresses are not pillow top and could be upgraded. As well, it could use new carpet or flooring. Carpet was worn and a bit dirty, especially for the cost of the rooms. "

"If you want a property right in the middle of downtown locals and tourists chaos, this is the hotel for you haha. My husband and I's first time in Tokyo so we wanted to try it out, and it was pretty fun! Really easy to get around, staff were super nice and accommodating, great energy from everyone. The room is compact and small but we knew that going in so no complaints. Really appreciate the provided humidifier as it seems it's typically dry air all around. Bathtub/shower amenity in the room is great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants this immersed experience, but now that we've done it, we'll likely book somewhere quieter next time we go to Tokyo :) "

"Even though I only stayed 1 night at the hotel so I could fly out of Haneda the next day, I had a positive experience. The room was spacious. I was so glad to see that this hotel had a self serve laundry area. I even saw a microwave. The breakfast buffet was delicious too. Hotel was located right above a train station. Quite convenient. "

"Shiodome is an easy 2 subway train line from Haneda Airport. Doable walking distance to Ginza and Tsujiki. Great eating options in close proximity. "
