"We had a great stay here. Our room was very clean and well air conditioned. We also loved the easy access to the pool area from our room. The pool was very clean as well. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. We ended up staying an extra night and they were very helpful in extending our reservation. We definitely recommend staying here during your visit to Puerto Rico!"

"To cold the room"

"Todo brutal y pudimos descansar"

"No hot water in the shower, we went to ask at the front desk and they said that they were having issues with the water heater. We left early one of the days leaving a little bag of trash at the right side of our door so the cleaning service employees can pick it up and the bag stayed there for the entire day. We asked for cleaning service in our room and nobody showed up for the entire day, we were only there for 3 days two night and our experience wasn't good at all."

The surrounding scenery is gorgeous, but we didn’t feel comfortable staying the night as there was no hotel Employee on property past 10pm. Our car was the only one in the parking lot when we checked in at 4pm and when we came back from dinner around 830pm. Additionally the room we stayed in on the 2nd floor had a...
