"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hostel is in a great location and the staff were really lovely. Would advise not to book the private bunk bed room as it is just off the main kitchen/social area so can be loud throughout the night. We would stay again in a different room :)"

"Had an elevator for easy hotel access. Room was clean and shower was hot with good pressure. Bed was hard but large sized, could have used a mattress topper for comfort. Air conditioner worked well. There is a canal smell when windows are open, but the A/c does a good job of removing it."

"I accidentally booked a day wrong and contacted them through Expedia they replied quickly even though it was 2 months before. When we arrived everything had been changed and our room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool, air conditioning, that it was a very social street. Met other travellers easy. Well established facility. "

"The most horrible place you can find. There is a discotheque bellow the hotel. It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses. We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on. The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door. "Although we didnt get the room upgrade or the VIP access. The hotel was amazing and the staff was very hospitable whenever we asked for something.
