"What an awesome place .. perfect location , great staff ,very clean , plus pool. Absolutely really good , I would recommend this place without hesitation."

"Pros : Helpful staff. Water and cookies available to all in lobby. There’s a pool. There’s a shopping mall close. Cons : The “family room” is minuscule. We were two and had just enough space for us and luggage. There is no way a 4 people family could fit in there with luggage. We booked a ride to Koh Phi Phi from the hotel, the driver was late and it took 3 tries to book it as the computer & app didn’t work."

"Good location next to night market and good size rooms. However noise from main road is not good. Recommend to stay away from main road in old town. Price was good but there are better places in town."

"We arrived late at night and the lady at reception came as soon as we rang the bell. She kindly instructed us how to find the room and how the key card door worked. The reception area was clean and well kept and so was each floor in between rooms. The room itself however left a little to be desired. The floor was a little dirty and inside the wardrobe was covered in unknown stains left by previous guests. We also found a large clump of hair which did not belong to either of us. Not a massive...

"Lamoon has a lovely front façade, but inside was a bit like an old state school dorm. The design idea for the rooms is good but executed poorly. My 5th fl room at the back of the bldg looked as if it was hastily put together - paint and old glue along the walls. There was a hole in the wall with a wire sticking out, formerly a sconce location? The overall effect was a tired room façade needs attention from someone who has an eye for details.
