"I always stay at this hotel before or after a long flight from Haneda Airport. It's reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. It's huge, so expect a long queue at check-in."

"Our stay here was amazing with one exception. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. In the morning the August sun was rising on our side of the building which raised the temperature in the room 5-6 degrees in an already hot room. We needed help renting a car to go to the Mt Fuji region and the concierge was extremely helpful. She called the nearest Toyota rental car facility and made the reservation for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here the next time we come back to Tokyo."

"We had an excellent stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and very gracious. The room amenities were more than I expected. I loved that they have an easy bag check. We saw there was a 7-11 downstairs and went down late at night for food and bought Ramen bowls to make in the room since there was a kettle. Let me tell you, the 7-11 in Japan is incredible for many food choices The gardens are beautiful but bring bug spray! The staff recommended a close restaurant for Ramen and it was excellent. It's called Noodle Dining Takanawa. Not fancy in any way but very good. Thank you"

"Breakfast was excellent and dining area was very clean and roomy. Hotel room was incredibly small compared to regular American standard. There was very little space and no room to unload your luggage. Bathroom was clean but extremely small. It was definitely designed to accommodate small in statue folk that dont mind small spaces."

"Clean hotel, appreciated the staff! They come in and change the towels everyday plus leave you some water and deep clean every 3 days as well ! Nice room with AC and overall just a good vibe in the hotel from entrance! Area is quiet, you are nearby shinjuku station, downtown shinjuku is about a 20-25 minute walk. There’s a few small 711 nearby and family mart! The room was a good size it was two of us, so the luggage fit right in the corner."
