It’s a pet friendly property and my children were in love with the two labs at the hotel. My son was ill overnight the staff was very helpful in extending our checkout hours and were concerned about his wellbeing. Felt very safe as I was travelling on my own with my boys and aged mum. Swimming pool facilities was ok and the lobby is very relaxing with live classics...

"The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."

"This hotel was probably great 20 or 30 years ago. Now it’s old and outdated. We stood behind another gust for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The bell noys and porters were very nice and helpful. The Indian restaurant a wonderful experience and the pool is nice, but closes at 8, so we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Perhaps, this is the best hotel in Agra but needs an update, urgently!"

"Expedia should not have this hotel listed as a 3 star hotel. Comparable hotels are available at one-fourth of the price. I booked this hotel because I trusted that since listed on Expedia, the hotel must be good. But it wasn't. The room was very small with a bed & two chairs . It was clean, the bed was okay.
