"The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."

"Expedia should not have this hotel listed as a 3 star hotel. Comparable hotels are available at one-fourth of the price. I booked this hotel because I trusted that since listed on Expedia, the hotel must be good. But it wasn't. The room was very small with a bed & two chairs . It was clean, the bed was okay. Exceptional Hospitality
"Let me start with saying that we were exceptionally pleased with the Staff of the property and their food and beverage Department. We had a medical episode related to the property while at the property and everyone was super courteous and swung into action immediately. In adversity there are two paths for any business, turn that adversity into a positive experience or destroy the guest experience. This property did the former and very commendable. They all showed compassion, empathy and concern which is 80% of the battle. Special thanks to the GM Gagan Nagpal, F&B Manager, Chef and the entire front staff. All went beyond call of duty which is truly commendable. Will highly recommend this property. "
