Our property has two structures: the main house, which has three bedrooms and three Bathrooms, and another with two additional suites. One suite is above, and one suite is below a two-car garage. A deck off the main house's dining room conveniently connects both structures. Renting the entire property (both structures) combines five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Our property offers a unique layout that ensures high privacy, with bedrooms well-separated by an entire floor or at opposite ends. You have the flexibility to rent either the main house, 3BRD & 3 Bathrooms, for $700 per night. Alternatively, you can opt for the main house with 3 BRD & 3 Bathrooms plus an additional master suite below the garage, which is conveniently connected to the main house by an exterior deck off the dining room, offering a total of 4 BRD & 4 bathrooms for $800 per night. For a more spacious option, you can rent the main house 3 BRD & 3 Bathrooms + the lower master suite below the garage + another master suite above the garage, also accessible from the deck of the main home, providing a total of 5 BRD & 5 Bathrooms for $900 per night.

3 bedrooms/3 baths = 8 persons sleeping in beds = $700/night + 500 cleaning
4 bedrooms/4 baths = 11 persons sleeping in beds = $800/night + 600 cleaning
5 bedrooms/5 baths = 13 persons sleeping in beds = $900/night + 700 cleaning
One dog per stay is allowed upon request for 100 per stay.

Ski House
Perfect big house for our large group ski trip. We loved the ability to adjust the # of rooms to our group size - it really is what influenced us to pick this property. Kitchen is very well-stocked which made group dinners easy and fun, we loved the great big kitchen table. E Laure was very pleasant to work with and went out of her way to explain things during the payment and check-in process.

Great location - quiet but close to the slopes and stores
We had a fun time in this property! The living room filled with large windows gave a very nice view to the snow scape! The outdoor hot tub was a nice touch with a nice view! BBQ grill is conveniently located on the deck right next to the ktichen and dinning room which made it extra convenient to cook and serve. Besides the tedious process of turning off and unhooking the bear wires everytime we go outside, the overall experience of the stay was very nice!

Outdoor space was great for a large family. The hot tub and corn hole game were fun for evenings outside. The property itself had some areas that could benefit from improvement. The bathrooms were updated (although worth mentioning that the master bath does not have a door-- it is open floor plan into the bedroom. For families sharing bathrooms this makes coordination awkward at times and would have been nice to know prior to booking) and nice but the outdoor porch from the main floor looks like it needs some work. Additionally, the areas in the house could benefit from cleaning -- for example the light fixtures in the kitchen clearly hadn't been cleaned. They were covered with greasy dust and dead gnats. Additionally, the lock boxes on the doors are old and very difficult to open. We got off to a rocky start with the host. A lot of the check in procedures and information were not clear and she was not available to respond to questions we had but once we were on the second day of our stay she did respond and we worked through issues we needed. Access to the local HoA beach was a direct walk down the hill but it would be nice to offer beach chairs or something for renters so that when people travel to the house they are able to take something to sit on at the beach since it's rocky. If you're traveling from out of state, this isn't something you can bring in travel luggage.

Annual Rubicon Trip
Great location. Excellent restaurants and a short walk to Lake Tahoe. Met up with friends prior to running the Rubicon Jeep Trail. House was clean and in good condition. Almost everything is in walking distance. Great weekend!
