"Peaceful environment, beautiful views, comfort galore. The property lights at night time were a pleasant surprise. Just a few "oh,nooo" comments: laundry was left in the dryer and the washer had some gunk on the inside - the rubber seal when you open it. The dishwasher had spots of mildew in the utensils spot. The wall hook for the curtain in the bedroom broke on the first night - it was barely in the wall. The Keurig was a bonus, 2 touchlanmps in the bedroom with charging ports, large comfy...

"Cute space in an historic building right on the Mystic River with a view of the bridge and only a block from the main downtown area. Quiet, clean,convenient. Barb was upstairs if we needed anything and she even offered to let us use her kayak! Wine, coffee and treats were a nice surprise waiting for us on arrival. Perfect for any vacation time in Mystic."

"We utilized this unit for extra housing for our friends who were attending our wedding at the farm for the weekend. The unit is separate from the main inn, however can be accessed from the Main Inn if you choose. Would definitely recommend!"

"Not only is the cottage cute and clean, the location is perfect! We were so close to everything in Mystic! Our two young boys were even able to scooter (while we walked) to the downtown area of shops and restaurants. We loved the quiet side street and the bit of water view from the property. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Gregg is a great host, very fast to respond to questions. Property has great architecture (pre 1900) and features. Roomy and comfortable. Neighborhood is a bit rundown. Apartment could use washcloths and an iron. Other than that it was a great stay at a cool house that was clean. Check-in and out was fast and easy."

"Beautifully appointed apartment a short walk from everything downtown Mystic has to offer. Spotlessly clean, off street parking with modern comfortable furniture throughout. Host was communicative and helpful and check in/out was easy peasy. Most highly recommend. Only thing I would ask for is a traditional drip coffeemaker, though the Nespresso style machine was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Cheers!"
