Just a few "oh,nooo" comments: laundry was left in the dryer and the washer had some gunk on the inside - the rubber seal when you open it. The dishwasher had spots of mildew in the utensils spot. Our two young boys were even able to scooter (while we walked) to the downtown area of shops and restaurants. We loved the quiet side street and the bit of water view from the property.
