"The space was wonderful, pictures are completely accurate. There is a doorman at the desk at all times both for help with the door and an extra feeling of security. Check in and out was easy peasy. The location is SUPER close to all the restaurants and cafes you could want. Would stay here again. "

"Kitchen supplies were meger. Skillets and pans are very scratched up and not unable to use unless you want to eat the coatings. Utensils were sarce. The dishes were set on the table and very dusty.We asked for several items to be delivered, never did receive toilet paper, had to buy ourselves. The shower(s) were terrible, the hot was on for 1 minute and then lukewarm to cold. No water pressure either, shower heads are huge and plugged up.
