"Location, location, location!! You are located in the perfect area to explore Condesa/Roma and it’s well priced. There are a lot of parks nearby which was perfect for our toddler. The apartment is clean and there’s consistent hot water, a full kitchen + microwave. We visited in May, and despite the whether being cooler it did get quite hot in the apartment. O banheiro é bem ruim, especialmente a ducha (água quente termina em menos de 5 minutos) e há bastante ruído da construção do lado e não se pode bloquear totalmente porque a porta da área de serviço não tem porta."

"Our stay was wonderful. The property is located in the middle of La Condesa, a very walkable and safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks around. Ubers were very easy to come by. In addition, Andrea was incredibly responsive. We had an issue in one of the bathrooms, Andrea responded within minutes, and sent a repairmen out to fix it within an hour! A, I would definitely stay there again."
