"Good location! Love this hotel"

"Everything was excellent"

"Everything about this Hotel is excellent! We love the breakfast buffet, shops nearby, walking distance to everything- especially the train subway literally 10 steps away outside the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when in Osaka next time. We will refer to family and friends of this place."

"Breakfast was really good. Especially the washoku. The staff are really nice."

"こんなリーズナブルでスパまでついて素晴らしいとしかいいようがありません。 また利用します。"

"好"

"Modern vibes. Great staff. Nice amenities especially the spa. You can even customize a scent for your room at lobby."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided a bottle of water each day for each guest. They also provided free drink tickets if you skipped a room cleaning one day. There is a restaurant in the lobby which we (as international travelers) really appreciated because you could get a coffee or tasty latte at the hotel early in the morning, whereas most coffee shops don't open until 9 or 10 AM. It was about a 13 minute walk...

"It is a great place to stay if you are just looking for a one night stay. I’m not sure about long term but would recommend to anyone looking to just sleep for one night before heading to a different location."

"It was nice"

"Amazing hotel bigger than most chains and loved the amenities. Close to basically everything and will most likely stay again."
