"Look this place is great but just be aware there are no staff onsite available when things go wrong. I couldn't access my apartment and despite 100 'sorrys' from the nice lady in the phone i was told that the 'escalation' team were not avaible to assist. 2 hours shivering in a hallway later i discovered they had left me the wrong key in the lockbox and the key to the alternate apt (which ALSO) didn't work wa so actually the correct key. Oh..also the internet didn't work Mistakes happen but...

"There was only a 1/4 of a roll of loo paper left for us and the oven was filthy ( I’m guessing previous visitors and only just overlooked by cleaners) Others than that was neat and tidy and livable for a couple of days. Also no Tv as mentioned in the ad. "

"We stayed in apartment #2 for four nights so my wife could recover from a surgery at westmead private and to catch up with relatives in Randwick. The apartment, grounds, garden and location were fantastic but: We were disappointed with management’s inability to cater to our request to understand how to adjust the air con when there was no remote control.
