The property is nearby to a hotel which plays music into the early hours. Patrons can also be loud when they leave the hotel. Before arriving i confirmed that the property had 3 beds. It does not. The sofa bed is not great "

"Stayed here with my extended family (4 adults & 4 children) over the Christmas period. Had everything we needed and never felt overcrowded. Even had a reasonable size garden for the kids to play in. Walking distance to St Peter’s station and Marrickville metro. Lots of family friendly restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. "

"The property is nice and comfortable and the location is fantastic. The furniture is getting old and tired. It is a shame that basics such as bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, strainer and more are not provided and when we requested these items to be provided we were told no and "thank you for your understanding". My husband also had to clean (scrub) the insane amount of mould on the entry foyer as it was so slippery someone was going to slip and hurt themselves. If/ when the owners address...

"All 7 of us had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. Its proximity to the train line and the city was perfect. The beautiful leafy suburb was so quiet and peaceful. The house itself had so much space for us all to spread out in. We would definitely come back."

"Location was great. Little brick houses can be cold and damp in Sydney in the winter and this one was. There were 6 champagne glasses and three coffee cups all of which did hold water, but still. The bins were on the narrow sidewalk out front when we arrived and it took us a couple of days to figure out they belonged to our rental. That and the fact the neighbors were complaining. We put them back in to the little front garden. The bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable. There was an empty...

"We had a lovely time in Forest Lodge. It was conveniently located. Very close to public transportation and some great restaurants and bakeries. It was a very lovely home and we truly enjoyed our stay."
