"Wonderful room with great lighting. Bathroom was well lit. Overall we had a great stay."

"Place was great - no complaints!"

"The first days stay, our room wasn’t cleaned or restocked. The second day our room was somewhat cleaned yet the toilet wasn’t touched and we still didn’t get restocked. "Excellent location in Gatlinburg, rooms, very clean and a decent buffet breakfast."

"Within walking distance of the things we wanted to do. No need to drive the car out of a free parking lot. Breakfast was substantial enough to get us started on our day."

"Excellent"

"Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel, es muy bonito, cerca del poblado, y el personal muy amable."

"Toilet would not stop running. Shower curtain was falling off the wall. No hot water in the morning. Complained about parking 3 motor cycles. One vehicle per room. Pass on this place plenty of others to choose from."

"Rooms had not been cleaned, hair on towels, stained bedding and smell of mold. Changed rooms, wasn't any better. Homeless hanging outside the rooms, questionable safety."

"Affordable option for a quick get a way."
