"I stayed at the Wander a year prior and it was descent. This time not so much. WiFi wouldn’t work, so no tv or phone use, Indoor pool and hot tub do not work but we’re told we could drive to a Holiday Inn to swim. When we asked when the pool or WiFi would be fixed the front desk told us they weren’t maintenance so it wasn’t there issue and they don’t know. I stayed one night and that was because the lady at the front desk would not check us out and told us to wait for a manager to be on site the next afternoon. Terrible experience after a 5.5 car ride here and a 4 year old who just wanted to swim and wind down for the evening. "

"Excellent property with nice amenities and views. Somewhat isolated from downtown, but the Gatlinburg shuttle overcomes that. The only complaint is that on checkout, we were charged over $18 per day for parking. This additional charge should have been disclosed at booking and included in the total cost of the stay. "

"Friendly staff to greet you. Beautiful grounds. Very nice room, just wasn't quite clean from last guests. Stuff spilt on carpet, and balcony, left over guest clothing under living room items. Otherwise i will stay again. Bit of a walk to downtown but doable. "

"Very clean, super nice hotel staff, and comfortable room. The Breakfast bar was nice, clean, plenty to eat and nice staff. This hotel is within comfortable walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. "

"They let us check in early after the nightmare at the Regan and made sure that we were taken care of the whole time we were there. They saved our Honeymoon! "
