"Es un hotel totalmente a lo que se vende por la web , sus alrededores tienen mucha gente d ella calle y gente drigada , dentro del hotel viven personas sin hogar , las instalaciones muy sucias y viejas , la piscina y jacuzzi súper sucio dan asco , mal olor en la habitación , la bañera sin cortina , el televisor sin servicio , en fin un motel de 59 dólares estaría mejor , fui con mis hijos y la verdad al ver eso preferí dejar el lugar aún cuando perdiera mi dinero , preferí mi seguridad "

"AC barely works, rooms are humid. Hallways, elevators, and other common areas are not clean and don't smell great. Rooms are seriously in need of an overhaul. Beds are springs, with no cushion left. "

"We arrived to find out they had initiated a fee for parking since we stayed there last. ($15 per nite) We asked to speak w a manager and the front desk staff refused until pushed. No one on staff could reverse the fee but they didnt want to call the manager. Not acceptible. Also, I'm 1000% positive I booked a King bed but we got a queen, accessible. NO vanity space, water all over the floor with a shower, just yuck! Also I wanted a bucket for ice...they don't have them....really??? Just a bag for ice that can then go into the fridge. Also not acceptable. Then the toilet got backed up. Maintence came quickly so that was ok but yuck!!! We will not stay there again, even tho its closest to where family is. "

"I booked a stay at the Vagabond last year because there was a concert and nothing else was available. I was surprised - it was an updated room that was clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was good too. So I rebooked this year for a conference. I arrived. I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before any staff came in to check me in. I was given a room that might have been cleaned. I noticed shoe marks on the on the floor in the bathroom, some "cream" on the shower walls, and everything in the room was dated - including the chipped counter tops in the bathroom. The entire property is being renovated. Most of the rooms are being gutted. Drywall dust is everywhere. There was construction equipment outside of my room. Waking up on Sunday morning to the sound of electrical saws and hanmers was a bonus feature not listed on the Expedia website. You could definitely charge more. The included breakfast was a bagel. They may have had bread. I don't remember seeing a toaster. There was coffee. Hot water for tea. Nothing else was available. No cereal, fruit, milk, juice...nothing. The highlight of the stay in the Vagabond was a plate of cookies in the reception area and I happily took a handful. I hope they are able to sell the location and someone else takes over and improves the facility. The site location is amazing and it's really disappointing that we don't have more options in Sacramento that close to Old Town."
