"A great house with loads of space in a very quiet neighbourhood. The living space is comfortable and the beds are good quality. The kitchen was a little empty to our needs… The biggest problem with the rental of this house was the very complicated check in, the unexpected deposit(in dollars), the mistakes ( different codes given etc…), the useless app and the time taken to get an answer…"

"Communication with the owner was quick and clear. The home was very clean with obviously freshly painted walls and new carpet. The home had all the things we needed during our stay and our family of 6 stayed very comfortably. We were able to walk to many places and grabbing a bus right outside the home was easy. We would stay here again!"

"We had a nice short stay in London and enjoyed our time hereIt was conveniently located very close to a subway station from which we could go anywhere.One warning to other travelers, this was a 3-story place and the bathroom is on the second floor, so it may not be accessible if you cannot climb stairs. "Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "
