Property Details:
This 50-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor WITHOUT an elevator. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of 800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 35 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

About the Holborn London Location: The Holborn neighborhood is perfect for those wanting to explore London on foot or by Tube. The River Thames is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy riverside strolls and views from iconic bridges like the Millennium Footbridge and Tower Bridge. Saint Paul’s Cathedral, a must-see for history lovers, is nearby. Fleet Street is packed with traditional English pubs, including some of London’s oldest alehouses such as Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese.
Head to Covent Garden to explore its covered markets and grab a bite. The area is rich in theatres offering West End musicals, comedy shows, and more. Cross the Thames to reach the London Eye and enjoy panoramic views of the city. The neighborhood also boasts some of London’s best restaurants, with something to satisfy every palate.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provided for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
