"The hotel is a bit outdated, because this is a historical building,however the room inside is modern, clean and very comfortable! The parking is free and large, it's is not on the hotel territory, but it's right across the small street, in front of the hotel. The breakfast was yammy. "

"Great find! The Mackenzie Motels was a wonderful find! Dont let the exterior fool you, each room was nicely decorated, warm and cozy. Nice small kitchenette area with coffeemaker, microwave and refrig. Our only watch out is there was no staffed office to check us in but we were given instructions for retrieving a key from a lockbox. Unfortunately we checked in after dark and there was no lighting over the lockbox. This made it feel a bit sketchy but it all worked out. Highly recommend this accommodation!"

"Overall the property is quite run down, but OK if you are on a budget. The person running the property was very helpful and makes you comfortable. Room was clean and warm with kitchen. Safe parking area and very central."

"Owner very helpful and gave us a ground floor room as our ports were heavy. Room was big and although we were only there one night and didn’t use the kitchen it appeared to have everything needed and very clean. Right in town so just short walk to cafe."
