"The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. "The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—right next to the train station and a Coop grocery store, which made getting around and picking up essentials very easy. The staff, including housekeeping, were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet; it offered a good variety and was a great start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay in Lucerne. "
