"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise. "It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"5 floors to climb with luggage and 3 taverns at the base, next to 3 train tracks. These things need to be disclosed. Top floor loft, so low head cover. Front door glass was busted, trash everywhere in front of apartment was cause for concern. Spa bathtub was functional and nice, but priced for a 4.5 star property."

"Good location for holiday apartment in Luzern. The property has many apartments primary used by hotel management students. The property had well equipped kitchen and dining area which we liked very much. The one thing that was missing was a good fan/cooler for this summer. It had a very big balcony with a nice view, however we kept the balcony doors closed most of the times as there were many flying insects (🐝 )around the balcony which should have been taken care.
