"Please be very very careful which room you book. The first room they put me in was absolutely gross and unkept. It looked like the room was not cleaned for a very long time. There was an awful smell like mold. Please be careful. They eventually moved me. I had a diamond ring go missing with the move. I left it on the kitchen sink as I took it off to wash my hands in the old room. The ring was valuable. The staff were not helpful and did not return my calls. I asked to go look in the old room and they said no. They said they would have an answer for me at check out (11 am) today however when I went to check out they said they have not followed up yet. They promised me they would call me today and I am still yet to receive a call on where my ring went. I can only assume a staff took the ring as they were the only ones that had access. The room was not booked after me. I will never stay here again and I would truly caution people on staying here. I have enclosed photos of the first room they put me in. To mention as soon as my daughter went into the room she had an allergic reaction and started getting hives. "

"The staff was very responsive, caring & professional with all my questions. They switched rooms for me, which I requested for convenience, without a moments hesitation. The daily housekeeping staff was very observant & responsive to how they saw me using the room, making adjustments without changing the location of a single item. It’s conveniently located right next door to one of the free ski area shuttles & also the local town buses. Relatively easy walk to the downtown restaurants & shops, although I did drive downtown all but the first day. "

"Check in was easy. Property offered all we wanted with a lovely view from the pool. Room was a touch smoky even though we did not use the fireplace. Felt the property could use some extra maintenance for little repairs and fixes Great value to stay right in the mountains."

"Rooms were clean ,comfortable and quiet.. Staff were very friendly, the only downside is no coffee available until the Keg opens and the price of a cup of coffee is pricey... That would be my only " complaint " be nice if they still had complimentary coffe in the lobby for guests. I would recommend this hotel for future stays..."

"Our stay started a little rough as there was construction across the street that made it impossible to open the patio door which was necessary as the room was quite warm. The staff was very gracious and moved us to another room-staff was amazing overall.thank you"
