"Hotel was clean and cozy, and the restaurant downstairs was phenomenal! The stay came with breakfast included and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!"
"I had a great stay at the Zen Quito Hotel. My favorite thing about the hotel was the shower, immaculately clean and had one of those over head/rain shower type heads. The breakfast was delicious and the offerings change from one day to another, variety is nice! Would recommend to anyone staying in Quito."
"The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. There is a small bar where you can have nightcap. The area around has lots of restaurants and bars. The square seems a little sketchy but we had no problems and felt very safe. We would recommend a stay at this hotel."

"Carolina Park across the road was great for walking and exercise, full of attractions for family fun. The Botanic gardens was lovely outing, beautiful, interesting display of native and exotic flora and a10 min. Walk across the street.
The staff were not only courteous and efficient, they went out of their way to accommodate my every need unexpectedly as I don’t speak Spanish. Thankfully several of them did.
The hotel is a few minutes walk to the metro which takes you to many tourist attractions, most of the places you will want to see around the city in just a few minutes. Great spot and you won’t be sorry to stay.
As a sole traveller, I ate at the hotel every night and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with many healthy options available and the dinner menu was very good, nicely presented by the chef. AND the best margaritas I have had in Quito by far. Would happily revisit!"
"We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. Yet, they have a laundry room in the building which was ok.
The unit had a washer and that was great for us.
The view of the city was great and if you go to the terrace you could see and amazing views of Quito.
The infinity pool at the terrace is heated nice and cozy after a long day of work or walking, it was a plus. The only reason I rate the property as 4 starts, because no dryer and they only provide me with on roll of toilet paper and 2 bath towels and two hand towels.
The staff is very professional and well organized. You have open communication with reception via chat all the time if need anything they are very helpful.
Location Location Lotion
The building is across Carolina Park and I enjoyed a morning walked. República del Salvador offers great places to eat and if you have business meeting the coffee shops nearby are great.
The Quicentro in Naciones Unidas and Mega Maxi in 6 de Dicirmbre are a 5 minute walk.
Safety!
The building has full time Security at the front office.
The neighbor felt pretty safe to me. "
"Mi experiencia fue muy grata! Ls atención siempre fue super personalizada. Me gustó mucho el servicio de taxis, los desayunos y la habitación en general "
