"I kept after myself mostly, as I knew the cleaning service is weekly, but it was effective on the day noted. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If anyone is used to having even a single dining venue on-site, this will be a departure from that. The staff mentioned that Hilton will be working on expansions to allow for it, but probably, don't expect one anytime in the immediate future. Still, that means you buy and prepare your own food for at least some of the time, and that equates to savings. This is one motivation for booking an efficiency. But overall, it's a beautiful property in a beautiful area. Sadly, I never got to spend time in the hammocks, which I had really wanted to, but that was on account of my own activity schedules. If you don't mind doing the efficiency thing and making your own meals, it's a good call. I would have liked at least one dining venue just in case I needed to eat somewhere convenient in terms of timing."

"This is an amazing property: spacious, beautiful kitchen, really nice bathrooms (2 en suite, the third across the hall from one of the 3 bedrooms) and large deck facing east with nice dining table and chairs and gorgeous views of the red rocks. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook (although you might want to bring your own chef knives). BBQ grill is on west side of house. Grocery stores are 3-5 minutes away.Instructions for all electronic devices, HVAC are easy to follow. Driveway is very steep! A bit tricky to navigate at first but easy to get used to. "

"Parking is expensive even though they have a large lot. Food on site also very expensive. Was clean and room was adequate but no extra frills for the extra expenses you’re paying. Located outside of the tourist area so that’s nice to avoid the bigger crowds and traffic"

"Nice room with a great view. No elevator have to walk upstairs to second floor. Can be hard to find parking close to unit. Breakfast is good. Quiet area, a bit of a walk to shopping and restaurants."

"It was very expensive for the property itself. An okay experience and hotel but priced like a 5 star resort. Disappointed but it’s hard to find anything in Sedona honestly. Don’t expect luxury as the hotel is dated and looks like an “updated”older property . "

"Bathroom - faucet improperly installed; bathroom needs a piece of furniture for kit bags, towel racks inadequate, shower plumbing installation mediocre. The bedroom would have been much nicer with another chair. Entertainment in the bar was weak. The setting from our room was beautiful; the location has so much to offer. We might come back. The view from our part of the property is the deal."
