"What a thrilling experience! Venice is a boutique hotel with full of surprise. The hotel is small but artistic. I really love all mosaic painting decorating every piece of the building. The guest room is small but is clean, tidy and filled with enchanting atmosphere. What’s more ? The stunning view from the balcony is unexpected. I can even watch the spectacular show, i.e. “Symphony of the Sea” , from such direct and close distance. As this is my anniversary, they decorated my room with...

"A newer hotel just 10 minute walk to where the nightly fireworks are staged. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal."

"Excellent location - I stayed on the 4th floor, and I could see the fireworks right from my balcony. The hotel has the best spot on Phu Quoc Island for watching fireworks, with the closest and best angle. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Breakfast had a great variety and delicious flavors."

"Good location, spacious room for family of 4 adult, clean but housekeepers forgot to put the towers. Need to requests and instantly they deliver to the room. Friendly day time receptionist. 2nd night of our stayed, my whole family of four got frightened as the room door was opened by someone from outside. Then I saw the night duty receptionist opened our room door using the master key. When query, he said open the door to shows the room to new guest. I sound him, that he should knock the door...
