It was a very relaxing setting after a hectic day of sightseeing. The ocean views were a bonus. We could see many of the nearby venues, and were treated to nightly fireworks 🎆.

nice and compact

very nice and spacious hotel, we picked the balcony room and able to see the fireworks from there. Hotel offer free buggy ride around sunset town area which is nice you can call them to pick you up. But sad that there is no more free cable car ticket .

I like to stay at this hotel. Everything is great. Right in the sunset town but quiet space. The room is clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good. The surrounding area is crowded and convenient. In short, this place will be a right choice for those who want to be in the center and clean.

Sunset Vibes!

Very cute hotel! Definitely matched the vibe of the entire town. Service was great and the room was updated and well cleaned. I only gave 4/5 stars for the pillows. The pillows were very thick and wasn’t very comfortable. Besides that, we had a great time!

Lovely hotel in a very strange resort.

I booked this thinking it was an independent hotel but in fact it is part of the huge Sunworld Complex. It is based in an "Italian" themed resort which is like a ghost town. There is Sunset beach near but we were the only people on it apart from a lady guarding the expensive, vacant sunbeds. The hotel offered a ride to Khem Beach where there were some people and many expensive, vacant sunbeds. The room was very lovely and the staff were keen to help at all times. But is was all too surreal and it felt like we were on the Truman Show. Uncomfortable. Thank goodness we found Sao beach on the last day. A real place, with real people.

Good Hotel needs better organisation

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. However when we arrived we were informed the room we booked was not available due to the hotel being full. We specifically booked a balcony so we could see the show at new years eve. We were given a room without a balcony facing away from the show. To add insult to injury we had to change rooms the following day to the original room we booked. The cable car tickets booked by the hotel were not valid so we had to go back to the hotel to get new tickets. To be fair this issue was solved very quickly. The safe malfunctioned with our passports in so maintenence had to come and fix the problem. The hotel provided us with a free taxi to the airport as an apology for the problems we encountered. Overall experience was a bit Fawlty Towers but with better organisation it could be a really good hotel. Staff were very helpful.

마주치는 모든 직원이 웃는 얼굴로 인사해주어 기분이 좋았습니다. 엘레베이터가 있습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 조식도 맛있습니다. 다만 고지사항에 없던 보증금을 받아서 사용할 금액만 환전해가신 분들은 조금 당황할수도 있습니다. 그래도 푸꾸옥에 가면 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다
