"My husband and I took our son and stayed 11 days at Wolas Villas and Spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left I could not find a single thing to complain about. The accomodation was fantastic, the services in the Spa was lovely, we had a couples package and enjoyed every moment of the 3 hour package. The Staff are what made this holiday special for me. Every single staff member made us feel so welcome, they were always ready to help and nothing was to much for them. "Lovely staff, very clean and great food "

"The Trans Resort Bali is a five-star hotel at a great price. It is fully centered around a large pool, and large sand pool. It has a huge restaurant ("The Restaurant") that has a solid breakfast buffet. The quality of the food here is above-average for Bali, but doesn't quite meet five-star quality. The rooms are spacious, and many have outdoor jetted bathtubs. The sliding doors don't have screens, and they aren't air tight. This means that you will periodically smell smoke from nearby cooking/trash fires, and the rooms are louder than those found in most modern 4 and 5-star hotels. The spa was closed for the month of June for roof repairs, but I had a massage in a converted room on the ground floor (which was quite noisy as it is next to a kids play area). All of the front desk staff were smiling and helpful! Most of the restaurant staff were great as well. For the price, this is almost a five-star experience!"
