"Stayed here for 5days and we were well looked after by all the Staff members even security staff as well. Great room service, very friendly and responsive when needed and also very helpful. Loved our time here, swimming pool is a great size also had an outdoor shower which was very useful after our swim. Location was also great, mini mart is right across the road, you have cafes and abit of everything 5mins from this villa. FAVOURITE DRINK on the menu - FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE I had one everyday very refreshing! "

"It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. During our stay, we also used the restaurant and the spa areas."

"The Trans Resort is amazing. Service is exceptional. We stayed in a villa and had a butler on call for anything we need. I needed extra help because I have a mobility aid so they built a ramp for me to get in and out of villa. Dana the hotel manager was so good in assisting us with booking restaurants and giving us recommendations. "

"We stayed here for a week and it was close enough to main areas to walk to markets, restaurants and even the beach if you like a longer walk. Otherwise its only a short taxi ride. Its also in a good spot for exploring other parts of bali and we hired a driver to take us on day trips to Sanur, Ubud, Nusa Dua etc. We liked the family villa and it was very spacious, the staff were lovely and kind and helped in anyway they could. The breakfast was great and we loved the variety of foods to choose from. They cooked us fresh omletttes everyday which was lovely! the villa itself needs a little work done on the inside but still was lovely. The gardens are very nice too. we would definately stay here again."
