The prices are very reasonable for the restaurant and the spa services are average for a hotel with a wide range of treatments available. I would recommend the smoothie bowl for breakfast. "I was scheduled to land and arrive after hours when checkin desk would be closed. I tried for 5 days to reach out to make arrangements however the hotel would not respond, either to me or the Expedia reps whom i was dealing with. I was only able to make reservations elsewhere through the help of the relocation team at Expedia. If not for them i would have been stranded in a country half way around the world..."

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"

"We enjoyed our stay at Beji Ayu and found it clean, spacious and reasonably convenient for walking to shops, warung and even the beach (a bit of a hike but a simple route and interesting). It was surprisingly peaceful. The outlook across the river is a bit shabby but it didn't bother us. The real treasure is the lovely staff, Henry was a legend and we were sad to say goodbye!"
