Little hidden gem staff lovely rooms very spacious & same level as pool, pool was excellent very clean, air con wasnt great could had asked to be moved but loved our room. About 20 walk into town or uber $1.50. Lovely hotel

Great spot quite with only a 50 metre walk to some fantastic little restaurants + a morning coffee bar to die for . Bed was a little too hard for my liking but after 5 days my back felt great. Will return 👍👍👍

We loved our stay, the staff were very accommodating and the rooms were always clean and tidy. Easy access to the pool are and quick walk into town. Needs a bar or something to bring some more atmosphere

Lovely hotel with a beautiful pool area and super friendly staff. Good breakfast and really comfortable room. Only downside was the door to the room rattling with the wind and waking us up, plus the room wasn’t very soundproof so noise from the street was a bit annoying.

Very pleasant motel, clean and comfortable. staffing was excellent, friendly and efficient, helpful, good English. Bed was to firm for my liking (personal preference) No iron in room. But all and all i would recommend it to my friends

Hotel was nice and staff could not cavern more helpful or friendly. Room could do with a bit of a refurb with some of the furniture looking tired and water marks on the ceiling. Beds are also rather hard.

Very close to everything you would need. The staff go way beyond to ensure your holiday time is just that your holiday. They really do spoil you. The security guards are so efficient opening gates and carrying bags opening car doors to assist too. I will definitely come back to stay here and throughly recommend. You cannot go wrong staying here. 1st time in Seminyak staying. 4 times Sanur and 8 times Nusa Dua.

A little oasis of calm in busy Seminyak. Quiet and very plesant stay. Lovely staff. Some aspects of the room were looking a little tired (worn chairs on balcony, under-sheet on bed had a hole in it), but otherwise the room was generally okay. Not too bad for the relatively affordable price. The only downside to the quiet location - is you will have to walk 15 mins to get to most of the main Seminyak restaurants, but there are a few good local options nearby.

Overall, my stay was good. The only problem is their non-refundable booking policy. Since my original flight was cancelled, my original hotel booking was not refunded. I had to rebook another flight and rebook my hotel stay at this same location- paid twice for a week! Since I rebooked with them, they could’ve made an exception to honor the cancellation and/or given a partial refund. Needless to stay, the property itself is very quiet, but there’s only 1 restaurant nearby. The neighborhood is sketchy to walk around, but if you stay on the property you’ll be fine. The breakfast is made-to-order so don’t expect buffet style. Next time, I will probably stay in a more desirable area.
